Payment terms

If you book more than 60 days before the event, you’ll pay a non-refundable 30% deposit by credit or debit card. We’ll take the balance from your card 60 days before the conference.

If you book fewer than 60 days before the event, you’ll pay in full.

Refunds and transfers

You can cancel your booking more than 60 days before the conference, although we won’t refund your deposit. After this point you can’t cancel. We don’t allow transfers.

Tiered cost structure

We offer a tiered cost structure based on your gross annual salary, or equivalent income. We ask you to select the income band which reflects your circumstances.

Other payment methods

The prices listed on this website are for payment online via credit or debit card. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, we will charge an additional admin fee. Please contact us for details.

Programme, speakers and schedule

Although we make every effort to confirm our speaker lists and the event schedules, we reserve the right to change speakers, programmes and/or scheduling without notice.

Cancellation of the event

If we cancel the event we will refund your registration fee in full. Any costs incurred by cancellations of related commitments, including but not limited to travel and accommodation reservations, are your responsibility.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies to track your usage of this website. However, we use content and functionality from vendors including Stripe (for payment processing.) These vendors may track your usage of this site in accordance with their privacy policies.

Using your data

If you book on one of our events, we ask for personal information to administer and organise the event, including name, email, address details, telephone, job title and organisation, dietary preferences etc. We store this information in a database for the purposes of organising the event. We will contact you with details about the event, usually by email. We will not sell, rent, or provide in any other way any personally identifiable information about you to any third party, apart from for the purposes of organising the event.

Payment processing and credit card details

We use Stripe to take online payments for our services. We don’t store the credit card details on our servers. Stripe requires your credit card details to process the transaction. This information is transmitted over a secure encrypted connection (SSL), and is stored on a secure Stripe server.

Promotional emails

We may send you an occasional promotional email about another event we think you might be interested in. You can unsubscribe from all future emails using a single-click unsubscribe link within the email.
